Vox in a Box

The worst ISP, the whole lot are clueless when it comes to timelines and communication. Forever know nothing and have to check with some other person which still leaves you to follow up on the progress of your order. Vox together with Vumatel are probably the most fitting pair, due to the unprofessionalism practiced by both companies. Project lead said a lot of nothing and had me wondering what criteria Vox had for employment placements….definitely had nothing to do with the job role itself….SLA apparently is 3-4 weeks for installation and the supposed Project lead thought that timeline was exceptional (10 trips to the moon)🙈. Vumatel high end technicians who were also attired like they fell of a wagon and swam through a tsunami, sent 3 sets of experts to the get fibre connected and still could not get it sorted, I suggested they get Marty Mcfly to assist but they didn’t like that idea. So we are found still waiting….
