VOX IGNORING CUSTOMERS

I have been dealing with Mundi Mutshekwa since the last week of November arranging a new installation after I have relocated, confirming that the new line will be activated the first week in December, her out of office reply is now on and I am now dealing with Mahendra Pursotham who is ignoring my emails.

Extremely dissapointed in both of them and the service they are providing. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and this is how I get treated. Ignoring emails is NOT on.
