Vox ignore their clients request for a copy of their signed contract
Did you know Vox will ban you from their page if you ask them for a copy of your own signed contract. More than 6 emails asking for it, but they just ignore me but demand I pay more but they don't want to share the agreement that states so.

21 May 2024, 13:17I will not take your calls as I want everything on email as proof as we have already experienced consultants giving us varying information. So everything is being documented so I will not talk to anyone from Vox on the phone.
Marlene has emailed me but there is no contract with my signature on it and the address is incorrect on it and she has also not give me my email with the cancellation on it. Does anybody there know what they are doing?
