Vox i give up

To whom it may concern.. I joined Vox the beginning of January 2024 ,the installer come to my house on the 6 of January,i ask him if i can start using the internet from 1 of February, because im still using Rain internet for January,he said no problem,on the 26 of January i phone the installer and made payment,he come too advised me that my internet in live ,end of Jan i get a bill for Jan ,try calling and sorting it out with no luck so i cancel now i must pay 3000 for cancellations
