Vox i am still not connected

I signed up with Vox on the 15 of October 2021 a, till today it is still not active. 2 weeks ago they sent technicians who changed the box twice promising that it will be sorted and still nothing.

The people from vumatel call me while at work and ask me which lights are blinking ? i give the a number for someone at home and they never contact them. Funny enough i have receive an invoice for nothing .
