Vox House phone, a real challenge to install.

Be very careful when ordering the Vox house phone, they send it to you without instructions, apparently no power cable is included, I had difficulties as I was not techno savvy, to my surprise when the technician arrived, he charged me R1377-70, for connecting the cables correctly. I disputed the account, vox got back to me and said their device was working properly so the charge stands, I was never informed this ridiculous call out fee was applicable!!!!
