Horrible experience, tickets get closed for no reason, that is if your ticket even gets created. Keep trying to shove the blame towards the FNO in the area. Horrible routing if you are based in CPT and international ping is on average 60-80ms higher than any other ISP on the exact same infrastructure.

Then when canceling they say you must do it at the end of the month blah blah blah, bill someone pro rata when they want to cancel. With the amount of reviews stipulated on here im surprised no one has taken you to ICASA yet.

Would not recommend.
