VOX HIRES DAMAGED GOODS

I have no internet through VOX TELECOM. I am supposed to however as I pay them.<br> <br> I call in to report the line down and this is how it goes - <br> <br> Call 1 - There is no-one ahead of you in the line, your wait will be 1 minute. (5 minutes later I leave my number for them to call back)<br> <br> Call 2 - Someone calls me back. I ask to go to the consumer division. They \try\" and transfer me but leave me on their line for 4 minutes listening to him and his \"friend\" talking about being single and available and to SHUT THE F*** UP etc etc etc.<br> <br> Call 3 - I call back and ask to speak to a manager. The managers voice mail comes up as he is not available. I leave a message.<br> <br> Call 4 - I ask for just the consumer division. It goes to a voice mail saying extension 54*** is not available and I should leave a message.<br> <br> THIS IS MY MESSAGE. DO NOT USE VOX TELECOM IF YOU WANT BETTER SERVICE GO TO TELKOM OR ESKOM OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION."
