Hi there , I've been trying for the last 2 days to get my line speed decreased and my contract cancelled due to moving. Completely unable to log into the vox portal and when i contacted them the phone keeps on cutting out and I'm unable to hear the person speak on the other side.
Please can someone from vox contact me as soon as possible!
