Vox has poor Sales people

Vox sales team is unable to tell me if I can get a Fibre to the home line, despite the fact I already have four. They have given me a turnaround time of 21 days to only assess IF I can get another line. For me to even be told, after 21 days, if I can get a Fibre line I have to sign up for a 12 month contract before they even know if a new conection is possible.

I spoke to three different Sales persons and got three different answers. The first told me that a new conection is impossible and I should speak to Vumatel. I did speak to Vumatel, they told me Vox needs to log a technical ticket for the distribution pole to be inspected for the ability to get a new connection. I phoned Vox again and told the sales person this. They said they would log a ticket.

I got an internal reference number from Vox for a pole inspection. I waited two days and called sales again.

Sales now tells I need to place a full order for an internet package, and Vumatel will advise Vox if a new conection is even possible. So to find out if I can even get a Fibre line I will have to sign up for a 12 month package.

I called Vumatel again and asked if a pole inspection or any technical ticket was logged and I was told; zero tickets were made to Vumatel, with regards to me. So the Vox sales person doubtlessly **** to me.

As it stands, I cannot recommend Vox.
