VOX has pathetic service will call you quickly but service like TElkom

Vox is really pathetic I ask for a call back they call me back and have me on hold with that irritating hold music, only to have the call dropped. I have signed up with a new account with them for the 1st of jan yet nothing is being done to get my service up and running and these F****ers send me an invoice for something that I don't even have yet. I call vox and get transferred around from technical to sales, to mango with no d@mn help at all seems they don't even know what they doing. I don't know what is soo difficult that none of their staff can help with getting me up and running, I have supp**** all the codes that was asked for yet nada.
