VOX has no idea what they are doing..DON'T JOIN THEM

VOX does not know what they are doing , it's a circus . There technicians and call center agents haven't been trained to be in this industry so don't know why they are. It's been over a week to get my fibre working and no one knows how to solve it after speaking to everyone that claims to know how to do this job. They should not be dealing with the public. I am canceling with them and joining a company that is competent and knowledgeable and actually knows how things work.
