Vox has no idea what they are doing

Absolutely unbelievable that an ISP can deliver the customer service you provide. I suppose it is so bad by now not having systems to run your business. What is more interesting is that you have an entire business that offers ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) that should be trusted by other businesses to provide solutions. We all know the service from Telkom is atrocious, but I do think you now take the cake.
