VOX has no customer service.

After phoning Vox and then being told I must email their help email account for help with my query and doing so...2 weeks later and still no response. Oh wait I beg your pardon they phone you and if you do not answer because you in meeting they consider the problem to be closed. Shocking service I tell you. I now am cancelling but I wonder how long Vox will take to get back to me on that. I must add I was on hodl by cancellations department for 10 mins to trying to get through. I have not got all day to hold on phone
