VOX Hardware
I relocated residence in January 2025 and my VOX hardware was collected from my office in February 2025, and every month I receive a bill stating I owe VOX R2000 for the undelivered hardware.
I have spoken to numerous agents in this regard, and no-one is able to assist.
If I had the device I would return it with pleasure as it is not compatible to my new residence.
When I make contact with an agent at VOX, it's again a pillar to post experience, which is so frustrating and unnecessary.
In the 2 years I was a Client of VOX I paid early every month and never missed a payment once.

Today I receive a new invoice - only this time with added interest.
Please do not pass your incompetence over to me if there was no collection docket for me to sign by the 2 gents that collected the hardware on 28th February.
I have sent numerous e-mails to have this matter resolved and as always, there has been no response, only to receive monthly invoices and statements.
This matter is beyond pathetic.....
