VOX handover For no services rendered
I'm really frustrated with this company, I'm told that I have an outstanding balance for a service I never even used, signed up in 2019 for Vox and they register me but never made an internet line available for me, not even a simcard sent. I've never even login any of they platforms yet I keep receiving calls that I'm owing. can you please resolve this before I take further steps

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
Kindly note that the Services signed up for was ADSL data account services and does not make use of a SIM card.
Vox did not receive a cancellation notice to cancel the services and therefore the services continued to bill until the account was cancelled in November of the same year.
However, we have confirmed with the Product Management team that the services were not utilized and the services was an ADSL data account only.
Therefore Vox has passed a courtesy credit to the account for the outstanding balance.
The updated Statement has been sent in a separate email.
