Vox handed me over to debtors but I am not even a customer?

Handed over to debtors via Vox but I am not a Vox client and have never signed up for any Vox products. Out of the blue. I am highly stressed out and have even checked the enquiries on my credit profile but can't find anything for Vox.

Further investigations is being done by the Finance division.

Vericred , The 3rd party collectors will not be contacting the you and neither will the we list you at the credit bureau,

The collections manager will keep you updated until resolved.
