I had connectivity issues with my fibre line, where it dropped randomly. I phoned tech support to figure out what the issue might be. The call was answered by a man named Tyron. He was the most understanding and helpful tech support agent that Vox has ever had, he assured me that the problem would be resolved, no matter what. He did a check on my line and account and specified clearly the steps to take. My problem was solved in less than five minutes. He was extremely helpful, friendly, understanding & very professional. Thanks to Tyron from tech support my service was up and running in less than five minutes. Great service.
