VOX got worse

You know I left vodacom because VOX promised better service and response times, and yes I received it in the beginning. But now the lines are off every 2 months I have to call Vox and their service went to "****" that is the only word i have for it. You talk to the agents and they have 1 out of 5 people that can help you the rest are either down right idiotic or just dont know what they are doing or need from you. I don't know where to go anymore for decent network provides because here I can see if one is better get ready for the downward spiral.
