VOX GONE BAD - STAY AWAY – DO NOT USE VOX!!!

I have been a loyal client with Vox for well over 12 years and never had serious issues with them. From July this year they start billing me for a service at an address which I never occupied. Marlene van Heerden and Dané van Zyl / Aletta Nain in accounts department have different stories for what and which period I am billed for. On 23 November 2020 the account I am using, which is paid and up to date, was suspended. I notified them that they are in breach of the contract and cancelled the service with immediate effect. The product is good but the company and client service totally useless!!!
