Vox going back on their word
Vox ran a promotion on a 300gb a month fatpipe deal. It was a good deal, so I canceled my existing isp and switched over to vox.

This cost me a fortune as I had to commence the vox deal immediately while I still had an existing ISP and not only from the end of the month when my existing would be canceled. I went ahead any way as it was a good deal.

I have been paying around R480 or something a month and now I get a new communication from vox stating that I am now getting more data for free, but I am now paying R925 a month instead of just under R500.

Why do you change my account, why am I now paying almost double what I signed up for. Why the heck did you even think people would be ok with this or even give them any choice in the matter?
