VOX frustations
Terrible experience. Account completely ****ed up in first month, battling for them to sort it out. Endless emails yet no resolve. Have paid them for 2 months though not even connected for a full month. Should have stayed with Mweb. Didn't think you could get worse, but VOX proved me wrong.
