VOX & FROGFOOT not concerned about their clients

wish i could rate you zero stars, ive upgraded since then problems now been a month that im waiting for this to get fixed, they cant find the problem they dont know whats the problem, internet goes down for 10minute + and no one realizes it, no one follows up, i complain they open a ticket next day ticket is closed, without asking is it fixed, we know where is the problem, we will send some one out to check the fibre cable nothing just ticket closed. shame. I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU TO TAKE SERVICES FROM VOX OR FROGFOOT if you have a choice.
