Vox & Frogfoot falling to reset password,day 3 service offline no missing payments

Since September 2020 requesting a Password change and reported again this week for Password change since the password has been leaked apparently since Monday my WIFI is offline im not owing but without a service.I have been sent from pillar to post,i was told on several occasions that they don't have the facility to change the password.What service provider it is without allowing yo clients for password reset? I'm sick and tired of this, Im now thinking of cancelling their service.Their call centre agents are very *********** giving wrong information
