Vox, Frogfoot and DFA Fail !

Call Logged for Internet Outage on Thursday 15 at 08:31 Numerous follow-ups and nothing, Eventually Early Friday evening get a call from DFA and arrange to meet on-site Sunday 17th at 9 am. Eish that was wishful thinking - 10h00 phone Vox to find out what is happening as no one has arrived, they will come back to me. An hour later call again - Frogfoot is escalating - well thanks for calling back. An hour later call again - technician is on his way - Great - Hour later call again - They are escalating... An Hour later call again - confirmed tech will be 30 min, Tech calls he is at the gate - Aikona - Which gate - Company in Midrand? No that is not our gate - accuses us of giving the wrong circuit ID? Nope referred back to Nock - Sorry they got it wrong, tech on his way... this goes on for another couple of hours... eventually, a technician arrives at 19h25 pm - after getting the call logged to him at 18:42 - 20h05 issue is resolved...

Just when you think it is getting better... Yoh... along comes Vox, Frogfoot, and DFA to remind you that you are at their mercy and don't expect any service - Haibo it ain't gonna happen.

Just log another call and Pray to the Gods it doesn't take another 4 days!!
