Vox free installation ****

Hi Peeps. Got to let you all know Vox ftth free installation is a **** - they say you get free installation on a month to month but in actual fact you are basically tied into a 12 month contract. Unfortunately I needed to move out of my place before the 12 months is up. and advised vox that i will take a new order at my new place which I have already done (VOX***5)......... however instead of a prorata amount they charge you a full installation cost and not prorata amount for the remaining of the 12 months! even though ive ordered a new line from them. Please be on a look out for this ****. its not month to month its 12 month contract. I've contacted MWEB just to enquire as they also offer free installation and they charge a prorata/claw back for the remaining months if you have to cancel. maybe I should have a look at them as they use the same Vuma infrastructure!!!
