Vox Fibre- Useless - Please do not waste your time

I bought a house where Vox's fibre is live in the house. the previous owner used Vox I successfully app**** for fibre. It has now been 5 weeks. The fibre is live, the ONT's service light is sync. Vox is so useless they do not understand I just need a router......they are past a joke, their staff is a joke. after 4 week s I phoned Telkom out of pure frustration. It seems they will be live before Vox....and telkom needs to install a new fibre. lets see who win the race. my bet is on Telkom......100 times better service than useless Vox and their useless staff
