VOX Fibre - Unreliable - Extremely poor customer support

Frustrating, unreliable, unprofessional.

I have been struggling for days on end with this company and it's "support staff".

I have spent a ridiculous amount of money to call them and be placed on hold, have my calls dropped and was even promised they would call me back and assist but no action has been taken. I've dealt with 3 seperate customer support agents who were not able to assist me with my issue and took no further action to provide any form of feedback or assistance. I sent multiple mails to their support which I received no response from. I paid in full for a service I am not receiving and no action is being taken to assist.

Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I have had the displeasure of being subjected to.
