Vox - Fibre To The Home Poor Customer Service

Vox Fibre To The Home Customer Service is pathetic. They admit their network is having issues and then still have the audacity to blame my router for my poor internet speeds. When I prove that it is randomly poor and not my router. They still want me to continuously do tests through my CPE.

Vox whole network has issues yet they still ask me to troubleshoot my modem.
