Vox fibre nightmare

The company is not honest when you use their devices. They tell you one thing and immediately once you’ve signed up u get the total opposite ! The service sucks and they fail to explain themselves! I explained to this company I will pay my services every 26th of the month and no they insist payment should be by 1st and if not paid on 1st you will receive threat emails to be handed over to 3rd party etc . I since decided to cancel service with them and for that they are charging me two months forward of service that I have not used and the months aren’t even here yet ! They also charging me R1700 cancel fee ! I’m so disgusted with them and I’ll definitely be taking this up with my legal team ! Beware to not be exploited !!! New company with a bad rep already ! I regret all my friends I referred to them
