Vox fibre connection is disgusting .

Vox fibre connection is nonsensical. Their technicians would leave fibre cables hanging all over without even closing the fibre cable station door. When heavy wind blows you get disconnected. I was disconnected two week ago. I’m disconnected again today after waited for two weeks to get reconnected.It give me headaches to think that I have to report this and probably wait for another 2 weeks without internet 🛜
