Vox Fibre Challenges

We have a unit, where the fibre cable has been installed to just outside the house. We are trying to get a hold of Vox to assist with quoting and installing the cable into the house so that we can get fibre for our unit. The line are always busy and when we try the whatsapp route, they just keep offering packages where we just need the external cable installed internally so that we can apply for a package.
