Vox fibre

I Got a black Friday special from them in Nov December the technician came out to do the installation because we live on the plots the connection point for the fibre line is quite a distance from my house he took one look at the and told me the needed to plant another poll closer to my house in order for it to reach my house after that they just never return got the router.I Send numerous emails to vox/Brite link but no one get back to me.Also order an ups from them that I never received but already paid my first installment for the ups.Avoid vox by all means.
