Vox Fiber Order unreliability

Its Been a month now Vox Telecoms keep talking about DFA is still in the process of scheduling an ATC date and its annoying where else they sold us the quickest order possible since the fiber is already in the building plus and they refuse to release us on the order contract and telling us we need to still pay R43 000 for a 12 months plan we never even used ever the business is now struggling because of them now we just need to terminate the contact that's all..
