Vox - Faster to walk to the website...

Vox used to be excellent. Now their customer service is terrible and when you pay for a 20mbps line you actually only get a 2mbps line... it's been like this for the last 4 months and ive had it "fixed" 8 times before.

Vox I want a month refund as i have paid you for sweet F-all...
