Vox fails dismally

I have had the most horrible experience with Vox. I transferred from another telecom company when I moved house to try and improve my internet service, but only to be landed in a much worse situation. I have a registered domain for my business. Upon activation of my internet service a month ago with Vox, Vox was given a written instruction to move my domain across from the previous company. Yesterday 1st day of the new month, my internet service with the previous company expired and my e-mail access expired. Vox had never moved my domain across. It is now 36 hrs later since this transpired, yet I still do not have access to emails which is a disaster for any business at month end/start up of new month. Is there any internet service provider that is reliable in SA?
