Vox fails again

We enquired as to having fiber installed at our property. Having used Vox at a previous address we made enquiries with Vox again. We were assured multiple times that Vox can provide the service in conjunction with Vumatel who operates in our area and street. I was guaranteed by Vox they could provide fiber. After jumping through hoops, providing all necessary docs and waiting an unimpressive two months we were simply sent a screen shot by Vox stating we are outside the Vumatel area. My neighbour two doors down has Vumatel fiber. They installed in our area two years ago but did not complete the last two houses in the street and now appears they cannot help. I cannot contact Vumatel directly and Vox will not respond to emails, phone calls or messages for a manger to contact me. Two months of poor service no communication other than myself making further enquiries and continuously told Vox can provide service. Two months later no phone call no explanation as to why we were told differently up front and certainly no apology. How do we get Vumatel to complete the installation in this road?
