Vox

After spending more than six months trying to have my fibre relocated with vodacom followed by empty promises and excuses finally forced my hand to cancel with vodacom and upon recommendation from a colleague decided to get in contact with Vox.

First impressive instance is that they have an assigned team that a person can communicate directly with (unlike vodacom) via email and the nice thing is that they do respond (Unlike vodacom)

Openserve also assisted with direct contact and communication to management which worked wonderfully.

Sure there was a delay and the connection date was offset, however communication continued and queries were addressed.
