Vox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been been waiting and waiting, the communication is just not there, i told them i have the line in my complex already its just for them to install the router and nobody is getting back to me!!!!!!!! Everytime i call in they keeping passing the call and nobody can give me a date on when to come out!!!!!!
