Hi Vox!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU Johann Margreiter that you assisted me super fast in sorting out my internet problem (and stopping me from going bald).

He is understanding and offers his full attention when assistance is needed. I must say that he either needs to be given a raise or a promotion because he restored my faith in Vox again. (He is the only one at Vox who actually assisted me and sorted out my problem on the day of me logging my call/complaint, being a Vox client for 2 years - that says it all)
