Vox don’t care about service
My internet went down at 09:50 yesterday morning (29 Nov), when it hadn’t returned by the afternoon I logged issue with Vox by email. At 14:58 I received an auto response indicating my email had been received and would be dealt with accordingly. The reference VOX ********** was provided. I was not contacted by Vox after this. At 16:21 this afternoon I called Vox to follow up on my issue, obviously the first thing they do is assume my account is unpaid and check the status. My account is paid by direct debit and is up to date, after determining that I’m not a freeloader I was put through to another department. I went through all the standard questions asking if I’d restarted etc, I had but was asked to do it all again while on the phone. Which I did. Then I was told that my issue from yesterday was never escalated either to Vumatel or internally within Vox... and that I could expect turnaround with 72 hours from now... hold on it’s already been down for 32 hours why does the clock to fix it start now? Well, apparently Vox don’t care about keeping their paid up subscribers online... and only follow through if you log faults twice. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or anyone who could help me, I was told I’d be called back in 2 minutes... 40 minutes later I’ve still not received a call. Disgusting service. They take your money but don’t care about keeping you online.
