Vox Doesn't care

Vox most pathetic "service" provider.Today is day number 2 without connection. After about 20 phone calls and speaking to so many technicians still nobody can help. Quick to take my money but pathetic in providing a service. Always the same excuse. Never seen such terrible service. Will be going to Hello Peter. All phone call , being placed on hold for 21min. All at my cost and I still have to pay you calling yourself a service provider. Useless and Pathetic is better description.
