Vox doesn't deliver a single cent worth of value

It says on their site unlimited downloads for a 2Meg uncapped line. But that's utter ******* according to Vox, because I got throttled at 40 gigs and the throttling was so bad it was like using a 56k modem. Couldn't open pages or email, took whole minutes to load ANYTHING. And now they're throttling so hard that my onlines games have stopped working completely(goodbye League of Legends ranked points, hello being reported for leaving the match). Their technical staff have no idea what's going on. It took 3 phone calls to find out finally that I was being throttled. I've been throttled for 2 months straight now. And I have to stop using the net for 10 days to get unthrottled? Get real! Worst ISP I have ever been with. Even Afrihost and Mweb are better, and that's saying something
