VOX does your right hand know what the left hand is doing

I cants understand this company. they say it will take 14 days to sort out everything including installation. I did the application on the 14th of November and submitted all the relevant information as requested on the same day. On the 27th November I get a mail that My RICA didn't pass due to quality of copies. So I upload again and send to Kaylyn Bekker who is the sales person assisting with this. The same day Kaylyn comes back and says, yes these are better copies. On the 29th November I follow up and to see what is now happening . She informs me that it has now passed and is now with the installers.

Guess what? today I get another mail saying your Rica has not passed. What the hell is going on within this company.
