Vox does not provide the services they claim
We are constantly having issues with Vox. We are supposed to have an uncapped line with no shaping but they are constantly slowly our line down. When I try to call them I can never get through. I'm put on hold for hours then the randomly cut the call before I can even through to anyone.
Now we have no Internet from last night. I've tried calling Vox multiple times, and it's always the same nonsense of being put on hold and they cut the call. I can never get through to anyone. If I request a call back, they never call.
Vox does not care about customer service or even upholding they contractual agreement . We are paying for services that we are not receiving. This is ridiculous.

Our download speeds are so slow is ***ling at 4kbps! THAT IS ABSOLUTE *******! But vox considers this resolved?
Vox us violating my contract which clearly states no shaping, but they are slowing down my line! This is disgusting! This company are just ********s *****ing money and not providing services.
This is complete ****
