VOX does not give you what they sold you and what you pay for

I don’t even know where to start. I have been a VOX customer for a very long time. Service delivery has become nothing short of pathetic, and whilst I understand and accept that problems can occur at times, it cannot be the same problems recurring month after month after month after month and it always takes days for them to sort it out. The result is their service is severely harming my business. VOX offers website and email hosting, how can it be that SSL certificates keep on expiring and then it takes them up to 4 days to get the websites up and running? How can emails take more than 12hrs to be delivered? Problems can occur yes, but not like this. They are quick to take their money every month and will even suspend your service if you don’t pay. VOX is harming a small South African business and putting a few South Africans jobs at risk at a time when our country needs every little thing to keep businesses open and people employed. This is really shameful that a big company like this simply does not care for their customers or the damages that they cause by not delivering what they are paid to do. This was my review about 6 months ago on Google, now I am having the same problem and they have not sorted it out AGAIN
