Vox does not care

So my previous review was removed due to I am not sure.

Horrible horrible company that does as they please, their terms does not state things clearly. I ended with Vox Jan 2023, I get a random email stating a courier is collecting something in November 2023 after no communication or anything. I send a email to Vox, no suprise that there's no reply and nothing was ever heard. May 2024 and Vox tries to deduct almost 2k. I again email and log a call. I get Jacques from Vox that calls me, he tells me that Vox can request the router up to 3 years of having it and if not then one must pay that R2k. He admits that it has been a very long time since I ended and it was requested back. Vox does no care, you must fall in with them.
