VOX does it even work
So I got fiber installed at my place ,well the fiber box was already installed but I needed a router and service provider .
I chose Vox heard great stuff . But since I have had it installed there has been nothing but issues. BEST ONE was today . I got home at around 10am found no internet. Contacted Vox they tell me to leave my number someone will call . After an hour no call was recieved I called back after about 3 attempt finally found someone who I thought could assist after 15minutes on my phone with my airtime I get told sorry but Someone will have to call me back . This was around 12 or so ,at 5pm when Im busy, someone tried to call so of course been a human and busy I missed the call . So I get home around 8 30pm and try again to get someone to assist me I then get told that there are not technical guys can we arrange a time for them to call me tomorrow. Really if you have not figured out in 5 hours what the issue is then why not arrange someone to come and check
So dissapointed with this service. Had the fiber just over a month now nothing but issues which no one seems to be able to fix .

31 May 2018, 17:04Ok so your taking this up for me . Its now 5pm ish . Your team called me at 1 pm which does not help as Im at work and not close to my router.
So your tech did not call me back as he said he would so I called you AGAIN and guess what issue still not sorted out . Now vumatel have said that the link is off from there side. Strange as surely that would be the first thing to check as they supply the internet.
So now if you look at my account you will see i call thursday last week and reported the issue so over the whole weekend I was away so I thought ok let try to connect on Monday nope nothing wednesday still nothing call wednesday night no help given call thursday I get told that vumatel must reset something or what ever takes 72 hours another 3 days without internet . So is it ever coming back who know because you guys dont .
Really and guess what your still going to bill me the full month premium . You guys are good ,very good .
Bet your internet is working fine

01 Jun 2018, 05:44The person who contacted you was 50% correct as my internet worked for a bit last night this morning it is not working again . Now I have the fun part of going through all the phone calls and then the whole "ok sir please unplug and plug it back in ok thats not right have you got a laptop no ok let me see what I can do .oh wait its a vumatel issue please can I call you back .
So once again Im not going to have internet untill someone can figure out the issue which in previous experience took just under a week .
Is this going to be sorted out any time soon or am I going to have connection of a few hours a week
