Vox do better!

I was told by SA Digital that Vox would take over as my internet provider from the end of October 2022. Vox sent a sms saying they would contact me via phone about this change and arrange for a router. I never received any phone call, I received an email of welcome asking me to Rica, which I did. I phoned them 3 times to arrange delivery and was assure I would have a router by the Friday 28th October. I didn’t receive anything. Yesterday I sent an email asking for help and phoned for assistance. As on the other occasions I was put through to multiple people who couldn’t help me and many dropped calls later (10 calls yesterday to be exact) I spoke to a manager who escalated the email I sent earlier in the day. Today I haven’t had any communication from them again and have no internet. Vox do better!
