Vox dissatisfied services

They are utterly useless!! Don't meet their standards nor promises

We have been waiting over 2 weeks just for installation after many excuses

After installation was done, they didn't bring the router, now we they said we have to wait 2-5 working days... Well we are still waiting and no response

They promote their awesome services and we you sign then they are just horrible!!!

At the end of the day we are still the customer And vox are just full of excuses!

They don't even bother phoning back The client have to phone them...

We didn't even experience the use of the internet and they are already disappointing

Vox need to step it up.
